Dress Code

We kindly request all guests adhere to our smart casual dress code policy at all times.

Males are encouraged to wear collared shirts; thongs and trainers are not permitted. Face and neck tattoos or any gang insignia are not permitted. Other tattoos, including hand tattoos, are subject to the discretion of management.

We encourage everyone to celebrate their special occasion in style but kindly request feather boas be left at home. Our door staff will be happy to provide a place for your items for you to collect your items upon exit. Please note Cloudland takes no responsibility for any items stored.

If you are hosting an event or function at Cloudland, please ensure a copy of our dress code is provided to all attendees.

Door Policy

Minors are permitted to dine in the Cloudland Restaurant but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. A responsible adult is a person who can enforce parental control over the minor. Minors are permitted in the dining area during their meal but must vacate the venue by 10pm.

Decorations

Due to the size and design of the venue, helium-filled balloons and lighter-than-air products are not permitted in the public areas of Cloudland. We welcome the use of balloons for special events held in our private function rooms.
